1. Request Period

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, inquiries submitted via chat within 7 business days of delivery may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are unopened and unused. Refunds cannot be offered if the product value has been compromised, including opening, tasting, damage, or improper storage.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, a USD 100 round-trip international shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects actual shipping costs and is not charged for profit.

4. Duties & Customs

Any duties, taxes, or customs-related charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In cases of damage, leakage, or incorrect shipment, we will take full responsibility. Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery and contact us with photos if any issue is found.

6. Approval Process

All returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Return Address

Returns should be sent to the Japanese logistics hub provided after inquiry. Please share the tracking number once the item has been shipped.

8. Refund Timeline

Refunds are approved after the item is received and inspected and are processed within 10 business days. If the refund is delayed beyond 15 business days after approval, please contact us for confirmation.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only by completing a return and refund first, followed by placing a new order.
